AITBA Constitution

१. नाम : संघको नाम: अखिल भारतीय तामङ बौद्ध संघ हुनेछ। (१६८०-मा बागधारापथ कालेबुङमा स्थापना एवं ताः २४.१.१९८१-मा सिलिगुड़ीमा नामकरण तथा यही तिथि संघको जन्म जयन्ती मनाइने ।) २. मूल कार्यालय : संघको पञ्जीकृत मूल कार्यालय: Old Super Market, Top Floor Room No. 8 & 9, P.O. & Distt. Darjeeling, W. Bengal (India), Pin-734101. ३. राजनैतिक : यो संघ राजनैतिक काम कुरोदेखि अलग रहनेछ। ४. केन्द्र समितिको गठन: यस संघका शाखाहरू भारतभरि हुनेछन्। राज्य, जिल्ला, महकुमा तथा खण्ड तहमा पदाधिकारीहरूलाई समावेश गरी एक कार्यकारिणी समिति गठन हुनेछ। यस संघको कार्य परिचालनको निम्ति औ सारा भारतकै निम्ति ७१ जना वा बढ्ताको एक केन्द्रीय समिति हुनेछ अनि केन्द्रीय समितिको अधिनमा शाखाहरू भारतभरि हुनेछन् ।
