Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Seminar given by

We held our first seminar on Sunday 4th of October '09.
Glenys Dolphin gave an excellent seminar, covering the Shih
Tzu and Lhasa Apso very thoroughly.
Glenys gave an in depth history of the breeds' development. Glenys then
outlined their very distinct differences in terms of their original development
and how this related to the breed standards.
The seminar was well pitched with novices in the breed being catered for from the beginning. Glenys then continued to give an in-depth insight into judging the breeds, drawing on her and her mother's wealth of experience and influence in the breeds.
The AITBA would very much like to thank Glenys for her seminar and for coming over to Ireland. We hope to see her again soon.
We would also like to thank the people who brought along their dogs as examples. They all behaved impecably through out long sessions on the table and were real credits to their breeds and owners.
Finaly we would also like to thank the Green Isle Hotel for provision of the venue and alowing us to bring in the afore mentioned very well behaved dogs.
